An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated, experienced and qualified Special Needs Education Assistant at Trinity College. We will also be looking for a suitably qualified Education Assistant to commence in Term 2 2025.
The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate IV Education Assistant – Special Needs from a recognised educational institution and have demonstrated experience in working with students with high support needs.
Experience with using Augmentative Communication Tools, hoists and assisting students with personal care is essential.
Working with teaching and other support staff, the Education Assistant supports our teaching staff to provide for the physical, intellectual, social, emotional and spiritual development of students with specific learning needs. You will also assist with the implementation of special programs for specific curriculum needs.

Music Tutor - Piano, Contract basis - commencing January 2025
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and dedicated Piano Tutor to work in an established and successful Music Department at Trinity College.
The Trinity College Music Department has outstanding classroom, instrumental and choral music programs. The classroom program is based on the Kodaly methodology. All classes and rehearsal occur in excellent facilities, including spacious rehearsal rooms. Trinity College has excellent pianos, including Faziolo and Kawai Shigeru grand pianos.
Key Points:
Teach piano from beginners to ATAR Music students
Must be able to teach higher level piano students doing upper level AAMEB exams
Potential to be involved in chamber music ensembles
Coordinate piano student concerts
Ability to work as an accompanist for the College is desirable
