How come I can't see the team lists in the Sports Notice category on the app?
Due to privacy and security purposes, team lists that include student names will still need to be accessed via SEQTA.
The Sports Notices section within the app will also be used to issue important notices or announcements regarding sport at Trinity (i.e. cancellations, postponements etc.)
Ensure you subscribe to the notifications for your son's chosen sport (see last FAQ)
I still have the old Trinity app on my phone, should I keep it?
We recommend uninstalling the old app and replacing it with the new app to ensure you are kept up to date with the most recent information.
Does this app replace SEQTA?
No, this app does not replace SEQTA.
How do I access SEQTA from the app?
When selecting the SEQTA icon within the app, this will take you to an option to either open the app (if you already have installed) or give you the option to install the SEQTA app. You will only be able to open SEQTA from the Trinity app if you have it installed.
How can I set up the app to select the types of content/notifications I wish to receive (i.e. sports notifications or particular Year group notifications)?
- At the bottom of the app, click the ⚙️ icon
- Select subscriptions
- Select Year Levels and select the year groups you wish to receive notifications about (this is done by graduating class so you don't have to select a new Year group every year)
- Select Sports to select the sports you wish to receive important notifications about or select All sports to receive any notifications relating to sports
