Head of the River '09 - Travelling Directions for Champion Lakes
First race commences at 9.00am sharp
1st VIII race commencing at 11.30am sharp
Rowing action heats up on Saturday, March 28 when the annual Head of the River will be held at the International standard Champion Lakes Regatta Centre for the first time. The Head of the River is a fiercely contended historic event dating back to 1899. Champion Lakes provides competitors with excellent facilities and spectators with a 'ringside seat' to the action. Parking attendants will direct you to free parking and to make the day complete. A map has been included here to assist you in travelling to the new facility. Come along to support your team and enjoy this memorable event.
